Storyboard
For my commercial I want to show my photographs. So I was thinking of having a collage of photos (Those above) kind of fade in and out, with a little narration of traveling around the word and capturing nature from everywhere. I kind of want to promote my images and I think a phrase I may use will be "See the world through my lens."

Commercial Ideas
Still photograph commercial. It is kind of self-explanatory.
Basically I would do fade in and fade out things with photographs with some
kind of music in the background. I would probably add words here and there to
describe who I am and what the company is.
Next one is a live action film. I would use my camera and
kind of film what I look for in photographs when I am out and about with my
camera. I would round the video to make it look like it was coming from a
camera lens. I would try and make it kind of adventurous with exciting music in
the background.
Live action/still photo. I thought I could maybe to a
mixture of the two. Kind of film myself finding a photograph, and then showing
the final product. I’d have exciting music in the vide to keep my audience
engaged
Animation video with camera. Kind of create a various backgrounds
with my camera going t all these places.
Feel this would encourage the idea that I am a nature photographers
looking for adventure.
Animation and live action/still frame. I would make a camera
animation traveling around in these live action/or still frame scenes taking
pictures.
Commercial Critique's
This is a Doritos commercial that was aired for the super
bowl a few years ago. It is definitely one of my favorite commercials so I
thought I’d involve it with my critique. This video is hilarious! It isn’t a
very detailed commercial with a lot of fancy stuff going on, but it has that special
affect with the dog. The commercial is trying to sell the Doritos ships, and is
doing it through humor. There is no real narrator, unless you include the actor.
I think Doritos did a fantastic job with this commercial.
This is a live action video taken with the gopro cameras.
This video is an exciting video showing promoting how these cameras can be
used, and that they can be shot with I water. They are trying to sell the gopro
camera. I really like the exciting music that they played with it. This is the
kind of video I want to emulate for my own video. I will not be promoting a
camera, but I will be promoting my images and what kinds of stuff I take
pictures with. I thought this video was
very successful. It definitely kept my attention.
This is a live action video. This video is a very exciting
commercial promoting one of the old season premiers for one of my favorite TV
shows, True Blood. I like how this video blinks showing the different screens
shot for this. I always liked those kinds of videos where at one moment someone
is doing one thing, and then they are doing something else. This video is
promoting the old new season of true blood and trying to sell people to watch
it.
This is a live action video. I feel this video is kind of
emotional and happy. It looks like it will be a very heartwarming movie on the
life of this chimpanzee. The commercial is trying to sell people to come see
the movie when it comes out in theaters. The target audience is animal and
nature lovers and people who want to support earth day and the living things
that we share this planet with. There is a narrator telling you about what the
story is about and he is off screen. I feel this is a very successful
commercial because of how well they depict the chimpanzee through just a minute
of video. The little guy is already tugging at your heart strings.
I am not 100% if this video is live action, stops motion, or
animated. It looks somewhat like live action, but I feel they might have
animated to show the effect of what happens to the sunchip bag. In my opinion
this video has a happy tone, and they are trying to sell their chips to the
eco-conscience people out there today. They are selling to them by showing they
have biodegradable bags. According to the ad sunchips is the first chip company
with a biodegradable bag.
